Seasonal Fruit Salad: This is basically Whatever fruit is in season tossed with bananas, red grapes, mandarin Orange segments, and a little Romaine all tossed in a delicious dressing of champagne vinegar, Colorado honey from Fort Collins, a little Lemon juice and salt (no oil or fat of any kind)It is served on a bed of Bibb lettuce and topped with sliced toasted Almonds $36
The Buckmaster: It starts with a grilled tender chicken breast, diced & tossed with sweet corn, mixed greens, croutons, and Medjool dates tossed in a vinaigrette (olive oil, Dijon, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, garlic, oregano s&p) then it is garnished with Tomato, Locally made “Haystack” goat cheese, and avocado $44
Caesar: We chop only the crunchy part of the romaine lettuce for our Caesar Salad to insure a crisp salad to the last bite.
We make our delicious tangy Caesar Dressing by hand right here and bake the garlic croutons as well. $18
